Job Requirements

  • minimum education requirement - bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum management experience - 3 years
  • minimum functional experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc

  • three years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
  • proven track record in kitchen management
  • experienced with menu planning and development
  • inventory management skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • strong communication and team facilitation skills

Job Duties

  • oversee day-to-day operations and a team of culinarians and production workers
  • deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations
  • ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance
  • ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
  • initiate plans for improvements and/or enhancements to existing systems (ordering, food production, handling & safety)
  • ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance
