Job Requirements

  • bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum three years of management experience in culinary services
  • minimum three years of functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, catering, or institutional services
  • reliable availability to work full-time
  • ability to lead a team and work hands-on during service
  • strong communication skills
  • commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Lead and be hands-on in the kitchen during service
  • create menus balancing creativity, food costs, dietary needs, and client expectations
  • bring innovative culinary ideas that follow current trends
  • train, coach, and mentor culinary staff to maintain quality, presentation, and safety
  • collaborate with clients to deliver seamless catering experiences
  • oversee food safety, sanitation, and daily production standards
  • manage operational and creative aspects of the kitchen to ensure smooth service
