Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years of management experience in culinary services
  • Minimum three years of functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, or institutional services
  • Culinary flair and creativity

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with hands-on involvement and accessibility to staff during service
  • Create innovative and balanced menus considering food costs, dietary needs, and client expectations
  • Stay current with culinary trends and introduce fresh ideas
  • Inspire, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high quality, presentation, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless catering experiences and build strong relationships
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations focusing on food safety, sanitation, and consistent excellence
  • Manage the balance between operational efficiency and creative culinary innovation
