Job Requirements
- minimum education requirement - bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum management experience - 3 years
- minimum functional experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
- proven track record in successful kitchen management in a busy environment
- experience with menu planning and development
- experience in inventory management
- ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality customer service
- experience in facilitating open communication with the team and providing a supportive work environment

Job Duties
- oversee day-to-day operations and a team of culinarians and production workers
- deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations
- ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance
- ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
- initiate plans for improvments and/or enhancements to existing systems (ordering, food production, handling & safety)
- ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance
