Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 3 years management experience
  • minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 3 years management experience
  • minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
  • proven track record in successful kitchen management in a busy environment
  • experienced with menu planning and development, as well as inventory management
  • ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality customer service
  • experience facilitating open communication with the team and providing a supportive work environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and a team of culinarians and production workers
  • deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations
  • ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance
  • ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
  • initiate plans for improvements and/or enhancements to existing systems including ordering, food production, handling and safety
  • ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance
