- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Expertise in budget management and operational efficiency
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary excellence
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Take a hands-on approach and be involved in every aspect of kitchen operations
- Stay in the know about the business and ensure hands are in all operations
- Manage budgets responsibly, control spending, and minimize waste
- Drive innovation by incorporating current culinary trends and thinking outside the box
- Deliver exceptional food experiences while meeting healthcare dietary standards
- Foster a team-oriented culture and lead by example
