  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Expertise in budget management and operational efficiency
  • Creative mindset with a passion for culinary excellence
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Take a hands-on approach and be involved in every aspect of kitchen operations
  • Stay in the know about the business and ensure hands are in all operations
  • Manage budgets responsibly, control spending, and minimize waste
  • Drive innovation by incorporating current culinary trends and thinking outside the box
  • Deliver exceptional food experiences while meeting healthcare dietary standards
  • Foster a team-oriented culture and lead by example
