Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years of management experience
  • Minimum three years of functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
  • Creative and energetic with a passion for hospitality
  • Experience with culinary management systems
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years of management experience
  • Minimum three years of functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, catering, institutional services, or related fields
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Experience in high-volume food service and catering
  • Familiarity with culinary management technology
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality and innovation

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage a culinary team including an executive chef and hourly team members
  • Design and implement innovative menus tailored to diverse tastes
  • Oversee ordering, inventory, and food cost management
  • Drive excellence in catering operations with a focus on special events
  • Utilize Sodexo's culinary management systems and tools
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Foster a positive and productive kitchen environment
