Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years management experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food or culinary services
  • Passion for hospitality and creativity
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Availability to work early morning shifts M-F and occasional weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Proven experience in high-volume food service and catering
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience using culinary management systems

Job Duties

  • Design innovative menus tailored to diverse tastes
  • Oversee ordering, inventory, and food cost management
  • Drive excellence in catering, with 20% focused on special events
  • Lead and manage a culinary team including a salaried Executive Chef and hourly team members
  • Utilize Sodexo's culinary management systems and tools
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and sanitation
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless food service operations
