Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in food or culinary services
- Passion for hospitality and creativity
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability to work early morning shifts M-F and occasional weekends
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Proven experience in high-volume food service and catering
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using culinary management systems
Job Duties
- Design innovative menus tailored to diverse tastes
- Oversee ordering, inventory, and food cost management
- Drive excellence in catering, with 20% focused on special events
- Lead and manage a culinary team including a salaried Executive Chef and hourly team members
- Utilize Sodexo's culinary management systems and tools
- Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and sanitation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless food service operations
