Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of management experience
- Minimum three years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts
- Strong culinary expertise
- Proven leadership abilities
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage budgets and food costs

- Strong culinary expertise with a focus on nutrition and quality

Job Duties
- Direct all culinary operations including patient dining retail catering and production services
- Develop innovative health-focused menus that meet dietary and regulatory standards
- Lead mentor and inspire a team of employees across four service areas to achieve excellence in quality and service
- Manage budgets food costs and operational efficiencies while ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards
