Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
minimum three years of management experience
minimum three years of experience in food or culinary services
knowledge of HACCP
high end catering and dining experience
culinary training and certifications
healthcare experience preferred

Job Qualifications

minimum three years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
strong knowledge of HACCP
high end catering and dining experience
passion for culinary arts
culinary training and certifications
healthcare experience preferred

Job Duties

Lead a team of culinarians to provide high quality meals and food service
maintain food and health and safety logs within Sodexo and hospital guidelines and requirements
effectively coach, mentor, and train staff
prepare orders and maintain appropriate inventory
bring innovative and fresh ideas for retail, catering and patient services
cultivate effective interpersonal relationships with patients, customers, and clients in hospital
