Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts etc.
- Proven experience as an executive chef or culinary leader in a healthcare or high-volume setting
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for quality presentation and nutrition
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
- Ability to lead coach and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Lead all culinary operations including patient dining retail food outlets and catering
- Develop and execute creative nutritious and visually appealing menus that meet patient needs and exceed expectations
- Ensure compliance with HACCP food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage food and labor costs to meet financial targets
- Train mentor and inspire a diverse culinary team
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support patient satisfaction and wellness initiatives
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in food quality and service delivery
