Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
  • Creative problem-solver who brings passion, excitement, and new ideas
  • Ability to mentor culinary personnel
  • Constantly looking for new recipes and ideas
  • Recognize and react to contemporary culinary trends

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
  • Demonstrated knowledge of authentic cuisines
  • Strong culinary skills in main courses, salads, sauces, pastries, and baking
  • Ability to mentor and lead culinary teams
  • Innovative and trend-aware culinary leader

Job Duties

  • Ensure all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when served
  • Are strong all-round culinary ability and strong craft skills in all areas of professional cookery, including main courses
