Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
minimum of 3 years management experience
minimum of 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
strong leadership and communication skills
passion for sustainability and local sourcing
commitment to continuous improvement

proven experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef in a quality-focused environment

Job Duties

Lead culinary innovation and menu development with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients
manage kitchen operations, food safety, and team development
collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver a personalized and engaging food program
inspire and mentor a team of culinary professionals
ensure consistent quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
