Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 3 years management experience
  • minimum of 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • passion for sustainability and local sourcing
