Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years of management experience
  • Minimum three years of experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, or institutional services
  • Proficiency in culinary production and safety standards
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills and report management

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years of management experience in culinary or food services
  • At least three years of functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, catering, or institutional settings
  • Strong background in high-end catering and dining
  • Proven leadership and human resource management skills
  • Effective communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of forecasting, food cost management, purchasing, inventory, and labor management concepts

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food operations and ensure delivery of high-quality products
  • Manage culinary production with a strong focus on safety and sanitation compliance
  • Demonstrate professional communication and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and exhibit flexibility to handle additional responsibilities
  • Utilize Sodexo Food Management Systems and Market Connections software proficiently
  • Lead and develop a culinary team to achieve operational and service excellence
  • Plan menus and incorporate current culinary trends
