Job Requirements

  • Minimum education requirement - Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum management experience - 2 years
  • minimum functional experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
  • ability to work Monday through Friday 6 am to 3 pm
  • strong knowledge of Indian cuisine
  • hands-on cooking skills
  • leadership and team management abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • at least 2 years of management experience
  • 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • deep knowledge and experience in Indian cooking techniques and ingredients
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • leadership skills and mentoring experience

Job Duties

  • Craft and execute flavorful, authentic Indian menus
  • lead a small team (1-2 hourly staff) with hands-on culinary excellence (80% of your time spent cooking)
  • manage ordering, inventory, and menu planning
  • bring creativity and consistency to every dish
