Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- two years management experience
- two years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
- strong knowledge of HACCP
- high end catering and dining experience
- production culinary background in fast paced environment
- healthcare experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead a team of culinarians to provide high quality meals and food service
- maintain food and health safety logs within Sodexo and hospital guidelines and requirements
- effectively coach, mentor, and train staff
- prepare orders and maintain appropriate inventory
- bring innovative and fresh ideas for retail, catering and patient services
- cultivate effective interpersonal relationships with patients, customers, and clients in hospital
