Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • two years management experience
  • two years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
  • strong knowledge of HACCP
  • high end catering and dining experience
  • production culinary background in fast paced environment
  • healthcare experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead a team of culinarians to provide high quality meals and food service
  • maintain food and health safety logs within Sodexo and hospital guidelines and requirements
  • effectively coach, mentor, and train staff
  • prepare orders and maintain appropriate inventory
  • bring innovative and fresh ideas for retail, catering and patient services
  • cultivate effective interpersonal relationships with patients, customers, and clients in hospital
