Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 2 years experience in food or culinary services
  • ability to work Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • availability to occasionally work evenings
  • strong leadership abilities
  • tech-savvy
  • detail-oriented
  • ability to manage multiple duties concurrently
  • commitment to recipe consistency

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • strong leadership skills

  • tech-savvy and detail-oriented
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Design menus that delight and inspire
  • oversee catering production with an annual volume of 55K to 65K in catering business
  • manage and mentor a team of 4 cooks and 2 prep cooks
  • handle ordering, inventory, and recipe adherence
  • spend 60% of time in the kitchen and 40% on administrative tasks
  • organize and participate in special events and themed celebrations
  • ensure food quality and consistency across all stations
