Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 2 years experience in food or culinary services
- ability to work Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- availability to occasionally work evenings

Job Qualifications

- minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts

Job Duties
- Design menus that delight and inspire
- oversee catering production with an annual volume of 55K to 65K in catering business
- manage and mentor a team of 4 cooks and 2 prep cooks
- handle ordering, inventory, and recipe adherence
- spend 60% of time in the kitchen and 40% on administrative tasks
- organize and participate in special events and themed celebrations
- ensure food quality and consistency across all stations
