Job Requirements
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc

- strong culinary skills with a passion for innovation and quality
- ability to manage budgets, costs, and operational efficiency
- excellent leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Design and execute creative, seasonal menus that delight guests
- Oversee ordering, inventory, and cost control for food and labor
- Lead and inspire a team of 8 dedicated hourly employees
- Deliver high-quality catering for corporate events
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards
- Be actively involved in production about 80% of the time
