Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of management experience
  • Minimum 2 years relevant culinary or food service experience
  • Proven leadership in high-volume food production
  • Knowledge of cost control, purchasing and production planning
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to new systems
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years management experience
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of cost controls, purchasing, and production planning
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with Sodexo Food Management Systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food production and culinary standards
  • Manage menu development, food costing, purchasing, and inventory
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and allergen standards
  • Lead, train, and mentor frontline culinary staff
  • Engage with students, faculty, and campus partners
  • Utilize Sodexo Food Management Systems (DRiVE, TMC)
  • Innovate menu offerings to enhance the dining experience
