Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen by being hands-on and accessible to staff during service
  • Create menus that balance creativity, food costs, dietary needs, and client expectations
  • Stay on trend by bringing fresh, innovative ideas to menus
  • Inspire and mentor staff by training and elevating culinary team skills
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver seamless catering experiences and build relationships
  • Ensure safety and standards by overseeing food safety and sanitation
  • Balance operations and creativity by managing kitchen efficiency and innovation
