Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
Job Qualifications

- Proven experience as an executive chef or similar leadership role
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for innovation and quality
- Ability to manage budgets, costs, and operational efficiency
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Design and execute creative, seasonal menus that delight guests
- Oversee ordering, inventory, and cost control for food and labor
- Lead and inspire a team of 8 dedicated hourly employees
- Deliver high-quality catering for corporate events
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards
- Be actively involved in food production about 80 percent of the time
