Job Duties
- Lead the kitchen with hands-on involvement and support staff during service
- create menus that balance creativity, food costs, dietary needs, and client expectations
- stay on trend by introducing fresh and innovative culinary ideas
- inspire and mentor culinary staff to ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and safety
- collaborate with clients, including the on-site conference center, to deliver seamless catering experiences
- ensure daily food safety, sanitation, and operational standards are met
- balance operational management with creative culinary leadership
