Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • strong culinary knowledge
  • experience supervising and training a culinary team
  • experience managing food costs
  • strong computer skills
  • enthusiasm for working with diverse people
  • positive attitude and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the kitchen
  • have a background in food production with strong cooking skills
  • handle ordering and inventory
  • ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality
  • have high expectations for the quality of food and presentation
  • have the ability and willingness to mentor and train employees
  • strong computer skills with knowledge of Food Management Systems/Software is preferred
