Job Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food or culinary services
  • Ability to lead and inspire a culinary team
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Willingness to work early mornings and occasional evenings
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Creativity in culinary innovation
  • Ability to manage budgets and labor costs
  • Experience in client relations and strategic planning

Job Duties

  • Leading a team of 15 skilled cooks
  • Driving menu innovation and seasonal offerings
  • Managing ordering, inventory, and production planning
  • Being hands-on in the kitchen 70% of the time to ensure quality and consistency
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Overseeing a busy café with 7 diverse stations and a Starbucks location
  • Managing a robust catering program supporting corporate events and executive functions
