- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food or culinary services
- Ability to lead and inspire a culinary team
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Willingness to work early mornings and occasional evenings
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment

- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
- Strong communication skills
- Creativity in culinary innovation
- Ability to manage budgets and labor costs
- Experience in client relations and strategic planning
Job Duties
- Leading a team of 15 skilled cooks
- Driving menu innovation and seasonal offerings
- Managing ordering, inventory, and production planning
- Being hands-on in the kitchen 70% of the time to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Overseeing a busy café with 7 diverse stations and a Starbucks location
- Managing a robust catering program supporting corporate events and executive functions
