Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 2 years management experience
  • minimum of 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services or mall food courts

Job Duties

  • Lead the culinary operations for all catering events from large-scale productions to intimate high-end dinners
  • design and execute custom menus that reflect creativity quality and precision
  • manage purchasing inventory food cost analysis and production forecasting
  • ensure compliance with Sodexo culinary standards recipes and food quality expectations
  • oversee food safety sanitation and workplace safety standards
  • develop train and motivate the culinary team to achieve excellence and embrace innovation
  • partner in menu planning labor scheduling and marketing initiatives
  • provide an exceptional customer service experience to students faculty and VIP guests
