Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of culinary experience
  • 8+ years in culinary management
  • Proven skills in menu development and inventory control
  • Experience with P&L and culinary cost management
  • Ability to lead and mentor culinary teams
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and sustainability practices
  • Capability to work full-time averaging 50 hours per week including evenings and weekends

  • 12+ years of experience including 8+ in culinary management
  • Skilled in menu development, inventory management, P&L, and cost controls
  • Experienced in delivering personalized dining experiences and accommodating diverse dietary needs
  • Strong background in hiring, training, and mentoring culinary teams
  • Expertise in menu innovation, food safety, sanitation, and sustainability standards

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary management of food service operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Oversee menu development and catering execution
  • Maintain control of culinary costs and P&L accountability
  • Staff, train, and develop culinary hourly team and culinarians
  • Ensure food is prepared and served according to company standards
  • Supervise kitchen operations for efficiency and quality
  • Communicate menu updates and implement food safety, sanitation, and portion control practices
