Job Requirements
- 12+ years of culinary experience
- 8+ years in culinary management
- Proven skills in menu development and inventory control
- Experience with P&L and culinary cost management
- Ability to lead and mentor culinary teams
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and sustainability practices
- Capability to work full-time averaging 50 hours per week including evenings and weekends

- Skilled in menu development, inventory management, P&L, and cost controls
- Experienced in delivering personalized dining experiences and accommodating diverse dietary needs
- Strong background in hiring, training, and mentoring culinary teams
- Expertise in menu innovation, food safety, sanitation, and sustainability standards
Job Duties
- Lead culinary management of food service operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
- Oversee menu development and catering execution
- Maintain control of culinary costs and P&L accountability
- Staff, train, and develop culinary hourly team and culinarians
- Ensure food is prepared and served according to company standards
- Supervise kitchen operations for efficiency and quality
- Communicate menu updates and implement food safety, sanitation, and portion control practices
