Job Requirements
- Minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum management experience - 2 years
- Minimum functional experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef in a quality-focused environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for scratch cooking, sustainability, and local sourcing

- Lead culinary innovation and menu development with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Manage kitchen operations, food safety, and team development
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver a personalized and engaging food program
- Inspire and mentor a team of culinary professionals
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
