Job Requirements

  • Minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum management experience - 2 years
  • Minimum functional experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef in a quality-focused environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for scratch cooking, sustainability, and local sourcing
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary innovation and menu development with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Manage kitchen operations, food safety, and team development
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver a personalized and engaging food program
  • Inspire and mentor a team of culinary professionals
  • Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
