Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years management experience
  • 2 years work experience in food or culinary services
  • ability to oversee kitchen operations
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • experience with catering and banquet services

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • strong culinary background
  • demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • experience in high-end catering and dining
  • passion for culinary arts
  • production culinary background ideally in a fast-paced environment such as upscale restaurant, retail, or catering

Job Duties

  • Oversee the patient tray line
  • monitor FMS including audits and implementation of new menus
  • ensure food and physical safety compliance and conduct annual training for hourly associates
  • conduct Gold Check audits and create action plans based on findings
  • manage procurement by working with vendors and overseeing audits
  • improve and standardize catering and banquet services including menu creation based on client needs
  • implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail dining areas
