- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years management experience
- 2 years work experience in food or culinary services
- ability to oversee kitchen operations
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience with catering and banquet services
Job Qualifications

- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- strong culinary background
- demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- experience in high-end catering and dining
- passion for culinary arts
- production culinary background ideally in a fast-paced environment such as upscale restaurant, retail, or catering
Job Duties
- Oversee the patient tray line
- monitor FMS including audits and implementation of new menus
- ensure food and physical safety compliance and conduct annual training for hourly associates
- conduct Gold Check audits and create action plans based on findings
- manage procurement by working with vendors and overseeing audits
- improve and standardize catering and banquet services including menu creation based on client needs
- implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail dining areas
