Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- two years of management experience
- two years of experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
- working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
- experience in a busy food production environment
- strong attention to detail and organization
- demonstrated supervisory experience

Job Duties
- Oversee food production for two locations
- inventory management and food procurement
- menu planning and recipe adherence
- ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety and meet HAACP compliance
- maintain a safe and efficient kitchen operation
- foster an environment that encourages team development and motivation
- ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
