Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of culinary experience including 8+ years in management
  • proven ability to manage inventory and cost controls
  • proficient in menu development and catering oversight
  • solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work full-time including evenings and weekends
  • commitment to company core values and hospitality excellence

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 12 years of culinary experience including at least 8 years in culinary management
  • skilled in menu development, inventory management, P&L oversight, and cost controls
  • experienced in delivering personalized culinary experiences and addressing diverse dietary needs
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • expertise in food safety, sanitation, and sustainability practices
  • excellent communication and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • lead culinary management and oversee kitchen operations
  • manage inventory, ordering, and receiving processes
  • develop menus and innovate culinary offerings
  • oversee catering operations and execution
  • maintain strict cost controls and P&L accountability
  • staff, train, and mentor culinary teams
  • ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with Parkhurst standards
  • communicate menus and train in proper food production and presentation techniques
  • monitor portion control and quality standards
  • foster a respectful and inclusive team environment
