Job Requirements
- 12+ years of culinary experience including 8+ years in management

Job Duties
- lead culinary management and oversee kitchen operations
- manage inventory, ordering, and receiving processes
- develop menus and innovate culinary offerings
- oversee catering operations and execution
- maintain strict cost controls and P&L accountability
- staff, train, and mentor culinary teams
- ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with Parkhurst standards
- communicate menus and train in proper food production and presentation techniques
- monitor portion control and quality standards
- foster a respectful and inclusive team environment
