Job Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Two years management experience
  • Two years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services or mall food courts

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Two years management experience
  • Two years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services or mall food courts
  • Strong culinary background with the ability to stay current with new culinary trends
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in high-end catering and dining
  • A passion for culinary arts
  • Production culinary background, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as upscale restaurant, retail or catering

Job Duties

  • Oversee the patient tray line
  • Monitor Food Management System including audits, implementation and standardization for new menus
  • Ensure food and physical safety and conduct annual training for all hourly associates
  • Conduct Gold Check audits and create action plans based on audit findings
  • Work with vendors on procurement items and manage audits
  • Improve and standardize catering and banquet services, create menus based on client needs
  • Implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail
