Job Requirements
- Minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum management experience - 2 years
- Minimum functional experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- Proven culinary management experience in a healthcare or hospital setting
- Strong background in high-volume food production and upscale catering
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and ability to execute creative menus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Flexibility to support early morning meal service and occasional evening events
Job Qualifications

- Two years of management experience

Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team of 20 union client staff across patient dining, retail, and catering services
- Oversee all food production processes, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to drive culinary innovation and operational efficiency
- Support special events and catering functions, occasionally requiring evening or weekend availability
- Maintain a strong presence in the kitchen and on the floor to ensure service excellence
