- two years experience in food or culinary services in various settings
- demonstrated leadership ability
- strong culinary skills
- ability to work in high-volume food service
- strong financial management skills
- ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds

- minimum two years management experience
- minimum two years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- strong culinary background with ability to stay current on culinary trends
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- previous experience in high-volume facilities
- strong financial acumen
Job Duties
- manage the daily food production including production planning and controls
- ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality
- develop menus and manage inventory
- maintain high expectations for customer service and quality of food
- develop and train frontline employees
- demonstrate passion for food and innovation
- possess knowledge of special diets and allergens
- utilize Sodexo Food Management System (Drive)
