Job Requirements

  • working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
  • experience in a busy food production environment
  • healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • strong attention to detail and organization
  • demonstrated supervisory experience and track record of success in motivating and coaching teams

Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 2 years management experience
  • minimum of 2 years experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
  • demonstrated supervisory experience
  • strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • ability to motivate and coach teams

Job Duties

  • oversee food production for two locations
  • inventory management and food procurement
  • menu planning and recipe adherence
  • ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety and meet HAACP compliance
  • maintain a safe and efficient kitchen operation
  • foster an environment that encourages team development and motivation
  • ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
