Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years management experience
  • Minimum 2 years relevant culinary or food service experience
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high volume food service facility
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts or similar
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to implement company policies effectively
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent
  • Experience working in a high volume kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Manage the daily food production including production planning and controls
  • Ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality
  • Manage food costing, controls and compliance
  • Maintain high expectations for customer service and quality of food
  • Develop and train Airmen in culinary skills
  • Oversee kitchen staff and subcontractors
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are rigorously followed
