Job Duties

  • ensure all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when served
  • demonstrate strong all-round culinary ability and craft skills in all professional cookery areas including main courses and salads
  • have a strong knowledge of food and cook using multiple cuisine styles
  • constantly seek new recipes, ideas, and initiatives to improve food quality and service
  • produce delicious, wholesome dishes using finest natural ingredients from sustainable suppliers
  • manage hands-on farm-to-fork culinary operations
