Job Duties
- let their plate tell a story
- ensure all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when served
- demonstrate strong all-round culinary ability and craft skills in all professional cookery areas including main courses and salads
- have a strong knowledge of food and cook using multiple cuisine styles
- constantly seek new recipes, ideas, and initiatives to improve food quality and service
- produce delicious, wholesome dishes using finest natural ingredients from sustainable suppliers
- manage hands-on farm-to-fork culinary operations
