Job Requirements
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 2 years management experience
- minimum of 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services or mall food courts
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- culinary management experience within high-volume restaurants, hotels or upscale dining venues
- strong culinary background with ability to stay current with new culinary trends
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- strong coaching and employee development skills
- passion for food and innovation
Job Duties
- support the culinary program within an upscale, high-volume lounge
- supervise a team of culinarians including cooks, utility staff and sous chefs
- ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality/presentation are implemented
- develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
- ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety, standard compliance
- have a working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
