Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts
  • excellent leadership and communication skills

  • culinary management experience within high-volume restaurants hotels or upscale dining venues
  • strong culinary background with demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends

Job Duties

  • Be responsible for supporting the culinary program within this upscale high-volume lounge
  • supervise a team of culinarians including cooks utility staff and sous chefs
  • ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality presentation are implemented
  • have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • ensure food safety sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
  • have a working knowledge of automated food inventory ordering production and management systems
