- high end catering and dining experience
- a passion for culinary arts
- culinary training and certifications are a plus
Job Duties
- Implement and maintain processes and safety standards for the food services team
- maintain food and health and safety logs within Sodexo and hospital guidelines and requirements
- effectively coach, mentor, and train staff
- prepare orders and maintain appropriate inventory
- bring innovative and fresh ideas for retail, catering and patient services
- cultivate effective interpersonal relationships with patients, customers, and clients in the hospital
