Job Requirements

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts etc
  • ability to work full time
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • positive can do attitude
  • absolute pride in food quality service and presentation

Job Qualifications

  • strong culinary skills across multiple cuisines
  • proven ability to lead and inspire a culinary team

  • commitment to quality and presentation
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • ensure all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when served
  • have strong all-round culinary ability and strong craft skills in all areas of professional cookery including main courses and salads
  • have a strong knowledge of food and able to cook using multiple styles of cuisine
  • constantly look for new recipes and new ideas and initiatives that will improve both the quality of food and service as a whole
  • take pride in producing delicious wholesome dishes using the finest natural ingredients sourced from carefully selected sustainability suppliers
  • have experience with hands on farm to fork culinary operations
  • let the plate tell a story
