- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services
- ServSafe certification
- knowledge of HACCP and health and safety audits
- excellent leadership skills

- ability to implement company policies and maintain standards

- minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- strong culinary background with knowledge of current culinary trends
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- menu planning experience
- ServSafe certification
- working knowledge of HACCP and experience with health and safety audits
Job Duties
- implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital including catering, retail menus, and other food service operations
- monitor, audit, and implement new menu standardizations
- ensure food and physical safety compliance and conduct annual training for hourly associates
- manage procurement processes and work closely with vendors
- oversee purchasing manager duties and conduct purchasing financial audits
- maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and hygiene according to Sodexo standards
- manage staffing plans and ensure high-quality food presentation and customer satisfaction
