  • Certified Dietary Manager Certification
  • Experience supervising and scheduling kitchen and dining staff
  • Proficient in menu planning and adjustments
  • Capable of managing product ordering and inventory
  • Skilled in guest interaction regarding dietary needs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Dependable and energetic work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Certified Dietary Manager Certification
  • Proven experience in culinary management or as an executive chef
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to design menus that meet diverse dietary needs
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory control
  • Experience working in healthcare or rehabilitation settings preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervising and scheduling all cooks and servers
  • Menu adjusting and planning
  • Product ordering and inventory monitoring
  • Interacting with and assisting guests with dining options and restrictions
  • Ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions and quality standards
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
  • Collaborating with the caregiving team to support resident wellbeing
