Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience preferred
  • minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen leadership role
  • strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
  • experience with menu development, food costing, and inventory management
  • proven ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse culinary team

Job Duties

  • develop and execute innovative menus while maintaining food cost efficiency
  • oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation standards
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance and teamwork
  • manage inventory, vendor relations, and food purchasing
  • collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless dining experience
  • maintain financial accountability through cost control and budgeting
