Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience preferred
- minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen leadership role
- strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
- experience with menu development, food costing, and inventory management
- proven ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse culinary team

- manage inventory, vendor relations, and food purchasing
- collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless dining experience
- maintain financial accountability through cost control and budgeting
