Job Requirements
- Over 5 years of kitchen management or executive chef experience
- Bachelor's or culinary degree preferred
- Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
- Extensive banquet-style events experience
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Current ServSafe certification required
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to comply with local Department of Health regulations
Job Qualifications

- Over 5 years of kitchen management or executive chef experience
- Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
- Extensive experience in banquet-style events
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Current ServSafe certification required
- ServSafe instructor certification or ability to attain preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High-level profit and loss management capability
- Exceptional organizational skills
Job Duties
- Adhere to the company's mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
- Review monthly profit and loss statements and make necessary adjustments
- Plan, supervise, and execute all events food and beverage preparation and service, including cleanup
- Assist cooking as needed
- Estimate food consumption and make appropriate purchases
- Schedule staff efficiently based on business volume
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff
- Develop key staff such as sous chefs and lead cooks
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- Supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all food
- Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules
- Comply with local Department of Health regulations
- Report critical issues to the General Manager
