Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least five years culinary experience in hospitality industry
- Food handlers permit as required by law or company standards
- Valid driver’s license
- Compliance with company motor vehicle policy standards
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to resolve customer and employee issues
- Ability to drive company provided or personal vehicle as required

- Five or more years culinary experience in the hospitality industry

- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to resolve problems involving dissatisfied customers or employees
- Food handlers permit as required by state law or company standards
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Valid driver’s license and compliance with company motor vehicle policies
- Ability to drive company or personal vehicle as needed
Job Duties
- Interviewing and hiring kitchen and dining staff
- Training and developing culinary team members
- Managing daily kitchen and dining operations
- Preparing and maintaining monthly and annual culinary budgets
- Maintaining inventory and ensuring appropriate purchasing standards
- Ensuring food preparation and storage meet legal and company standards
- Meeting with residents and families to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house staff collaboration
- Conducting department meetings, training sessions, and pre-meal briefings
- Overseeing kitchen and dining area cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- Assisting in planning and executing special and community events
- Collaborating with sales and community staff for marketing efforts
- Acting as manager on duty as required
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Performing other duties as assigned
