- five plus years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation
- dedication to serve others both internally and to guests
- hands-on passion for cooking rather than solely administrative duties
- experience collaborating with local farmers to source fresh ingredients
- strong understanding of finances, labor management, and quality control

Job Duties

- work hands-on with kitchen staff and manage line operations
- collaborate with the general manager and home office leaders to maximize kitchen efficiency
- ensure quality control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards
- manage labor, budgets, and financial forecasts to meet targets
- resolve kitchen issues effectively through strong communication
