Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • at least one year of relevant cooking experience

  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Arrange ingredients through portioning, chopping, washing, peeling, and storing food items appropriately
  • follow recipes and checklists to accurately measure, weigh, and mix specified ingredients
  • utilize different kitchen tools such as ovens, stoves, grills, fryers, and microwaves for the preparation of meals
  • organize cold meal options and guarantee consistent food presentation based on quality standards
  • ensure a professional presentation by donning a clean uniform and exhibiting appropriate conduct
  • engage in teamwork initiatives, practice good communication methods, and add to the creation of a supportive work culture
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and comply with food safety protocols
