Job Requirements

  • Applicants should have 3+ years as an Executive Chef in a full service restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary team in daily kitchen operations

  • Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal ingredient usage
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold quality and safety standards
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with management to coordinate special events and large parties
  • Monitor food costs and implement cost control measures
