Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an Executive Chef Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef ready to take the next step
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen systems consistency cost management and operational execution
- Passion for elevated cuisine flavor development and culinary creativity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
- Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the Colorado Springs market is a plus

Job Duties
- Lead all BOH operations including culinary execution kitchen leadership and team development
- Ensure consistent food quality flavor standards and presentation in alignment with the Felix brand
- Oversee ordering inventory food cost and kitchen labor management
- Create and enforce systems that promote kitchen efficiency cleanliness and organization
- Manage BOH scheduling hiring training and performance development
- Maintain a safe and compliant kitchen ensuring proper food handling and adherence to health department regulations
- Work collaboratively with FOH leadership the GM and the corporate culinary team
- Support menu innovation seasonal rollouts and chef-driven specials
- Foster a positive energetic kitchen culture built on respect accountability and excellence
