Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary certification preferred
- Minimum five years of leadership experience in culinary operations
- Proven track record in private club or similar hospitality setting
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
- Hands-on leadership style with availability during operational hours
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of five years experience as an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or similar leadership role in a private club, resort, or high-end hospitality environment
- Proven expertise in menu development and banquet execution
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience working with House or Food & Beverage Committees
- Ability to manage food and labor costs effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Oversee all culinary operations including à la carte dining and banquet execution
- Develop and implement innovative menus reflecting member preferences and seasonal availability
- Lead, mentor, and develop the culinary team ensuring high performance and accountability
- Manage food purchasing, inventory, and cost control to align with financial goals
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with club leadership to support strategic vision and enhance member engagement
- Execute high-quality banquet and event culinary programs ensuring seamless delivery
