Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary certification preferred
  • Minimum five years of leadership experience in culinary operations
  • Proven track record in private club or similar hospitality setting
  • Strong financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
  • Hands-on leadership style with availability during operational hours
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years experience as an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or similar leadership role in a private club, resort, or high-end hospitality environment
  • Proven expertise in menu development and banquet execution
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience working with House or Food & Beverage Committees
  • Ability to manage food and labor costs effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee all culinary operations including à la carte dining and banquet execution
  • Develop and implement innovative menus reflecting member preferences and seasonal availability
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the culinary team ensuring high performance and accountability
  • Manage food purchasing, inventory, and cost control to align with financial goals
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Collaborate with club leadership to support strategic vision and enhance member engagement
  • Execute high-quality banquet and event culinary programs ensuring seamless delivery
